About Your Home Inspector
My name is Chris Panzer, and I am an InterNACHI-certified Maryland home inspector. I have a long history of construction experience, including working several years administratively and on the construction sites for Habitat for Humanity, Costa Rica. I am all about offering friendly, thorough, and engaging home inspections to my clients, whether it is for a home you are considering buying or selling. I inspect and explain the home’s components to you, and offer maintenance tips. And questions are encouraged.
I am a native of Maryland and have lived and worked many years in Central and South America. My wife and I currently own and run a bed and breakfast in Costa Rica that we built with skilled, local labor. Being fluent in Spanish, I am happy to offer my Spanish-speaking clients quality inspections in their native language.
